I’m Norma Stratton, a real estate veteran with nearly four decades in the industry and an Agent Mom who understands firsthand how hard it can be to build a successful real estate business without sacrificing your life in the process.
I began my career in 1986 and quickly became a steady, trusted presence in an industry known for burnout and turnover. Over the years, real estate has given me financial freedom and a wonderful lifestyle – but what matters most to me is the balance I’ve created between professional success and personal fulfilment.
Today, through Real Estate Breakthrough and my podcast, The 10-Minute Real Estate Mentor, I help Agent Moms break free from 5-figure chaos and build businesses they actually love – businesses that fit their lives instead of taking them over.

Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my coaching to supporting women real estate agents, drawing on my experience as Assistant Manager for Training at my company’s top office and as an original faculty member of our Brokerage Agent Development division.
